Chef N’gai Dickerson, from the American Heart Association, is hosting a 5-week cooking course focusing on eating heart-healthy!

The course will cover the following 5 topics:

  • Knife Skills
  • Buying, Storing, Preparing Fruit & Vegetables
  • Grain & Pasta: Varieties, Cooking Methods
  • Roasted Vegetable: Roasting, Soup Making
  • Meat: Cuts, Braising, Slow Cookery
