Chef N’gai Dickerson, from the American Heart Association, is hosting a 5-week cooking course focusing on eating heart-healthy!
The course will cover the following 5 topics:
- Knife Skills
- Buying, Storing, Preparing Fruit & Vegetables
- Grain & Pasta: Varieties, Cooking Methods
- Roasted Vegetable: Roasting, Soup Making
- Meat: Cuts, Braising, Slow Cookery
