Include the YWCA of High Point in your will. Your bequest
will help ensure the YWCA’s mission continues to be a driving

1955, Alice Caldwell of High Point left the YWCA a bequest of
$75,000. The money purchased the land where the current YWCA is
located on Gatewood Avenue and jumpstarted the capital campaign
for the building. Her generous gift is a hallmark of the
community spirit that has bolstered the YWCA’s work for many
