MSRM - SilverSneakers
We do a
variety of exercises in chairs, standing and sitting. Rubber
bands are used for flexibility and joint mobility and light
weights are used for muscle tone and endurance. We have music to
go along with your movement. This class is highly recommended
for people with arthritis, being overweight, fibromyalgia,
osteoporosis, bursitis and multiple sclerosis.
Personal Training -
